Charlotte Caregivers was created after we recognized a need for in-home care specific to people’s needs. After working as caregivers in one-size-fits-all agencies, we saw how useless some of the elements were to certain clients. What if we could create a caregiving agency with truly talented, compassionate caregivers who could provide only the services that were necessary to our clients? That dream became a reality ten years ago, and we’ve been going strong ever since.
Each of our caregivers is hand selected so that we can ensure our clients the best in-home care possible. All applicants are thoroughly screened, and even experienced caregivers undergo rigorous training specific to our policies. This means that each of our clients receives the same high standard of care.
